Can the hotel be changed to the Comtesse Hotel, a 4-star hotel?

For this package, we work with a selection of carefully chosen hotels that align with the overall price point and package inclusions. Hotels are confirmed at the time of booking and are always subject to availability. If your clients prefer to stay at a different hotel such as La Comtesse, we would be happy to customize a Paris package for them instead. This would involve repricing the program with the requested hotel and adjusting the inclusions accordingly.

Is it suitable for a child of 6 years old?

We will be happy to accommodate the 6 year old.

Will you provide to transportation from the hotel to the attractions?

Please note that only airport transfers are included. Clients will need to make their own way to the meeting points for the tours.

Are there any tours available without accommodation for the City of Paris and Day Trip to Palace of Versailles with all transfers from Airport to drop off to Orly Airport.

Regrettably we will not be able to accommodate a request last minute with less than 10 days. The packages we offer include hotels also.

How about the Louvre Museum tour? Is there an additional cost for this tour?

Optional Tour: Adventure in the Local Market (2.5 hours). Time: 09:45 AM. Experience: A private market walking tour led by a food expert, exploring a vibrant food district and a traditional Parisian market in the North West of Paris. Minimum Participants: 2 adults. Availability: Tuesday to Friday (Not available from July 14 to September 1). Price: $199 USD per person.

What does this mean: IMPORTANT: Because this is a very last-minute request, the confirmation is not guaranteed? I really need to have confirmation that it will be guaranteed. What is required to ensure the confirmation? I don't want my client to make another purchase only to have the payment held or charged back.

Because the requested departure date is only 4 days away, our local partners need time to verify whether they can confirm the hotel and services included in the package. Because of this, we cannot provide a guarantee for any tour requested less than 7 days before the start date. The statement 'confirmation is not guaranteed' means that, at this stage, we can only make the request, but we cannot confirm availability immediately.

Would it be possible to book two additional nights (March 21st and 22nd) at the same hotel after the tour ends? Could you please provide the price for these two extra nights at the hotel? Would it be possible to arrange a departure transfer from the hotel to CDG airport on March 23rd?

We recommend booking the base package first. Once your tour reservation is confirmed, we can check availability and pricing for the additional nights (March 21st and 22nd) at the same hotel and arrange your departure transfer to CDG on March 23rd.

I did post this review of the tour on Open Up Swiss's review page as well (since it is technically the tour group we were a part of), despite working with Omega Tours company. This tour was absolutely phenomenal! My grandma and I loved the whole experience! The tour company was amazing and so easy to work with, and our tour guide, Vitalii, was the perfect tour guide! Vitalii knows the history, the country, and the local areas like the back of his hand, not to mention can relate to everyone and make it so enjoyable for all ages and backgrounds. Vitalii also has the patience of a saint between working with all female travelers (and their shopping habits) and those of us who take thirty pictures of just one area. The tour was perfect for those who like a comfortable trip of both walking around town squares and walking in nature. The hotels were impeccable, and the people were very welcoming, making for a great first impression. The food was amazing everywhere we went. For my first time traveling abroad, it was perfect. Our tour group had six travelers, which made it a comfortable environment and a lot easier to travel from place to place. We travelled the last week of November (over Thanksgiving for other Americans), the weather was a nice mix of rain, snow, and sunshine depending on the areas of the country, with temperatures being a little chilly but otherwise perfect. We chose our travel time frame because it wasn't in Switzerland's main tourist seasons, so tourist attractions weren't as crowded as they are at other times of the year.
