  My friend Kirsty and I have just returned from an amazing 8-day Golden Triangle tour of India, and from start to finish the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. We travelled through Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, and also went on safari, which was one of the highlights of the trip. We were incredibly lucky to see tigers, which made the experience even more unforgettable. A very special mention has to go to our driver, Mr Ram Kumar, who was outstanding throughout the whole tour. He was so hospitable, friendly, professional and accommodating to all of our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our endless questions, and made us feel safe, comfortable and relaxed throughout the journey. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having water provided at every stop, which was especially welcome in the heat and showed how well organised the tour was. Every local guide we had was brilliant – so knowledgeable, informative and passionate about the places we visited. We learned so much about all the temples, landmarks and history in each area, which made the tour even more special. All of the hotels we stayed in were excellent, each with their own unique charm and character, which added something special to the whole experience. Having breakfast included each morning was also a lovely bonus and made everything even easier and more enjoyable. Overall, this was an incredibly well-organised, stress-free and memorable trip. We had the most wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour company to anyone thinking of booking a tour of India. Don’t delay – book it! You won’t regret it. Our driver, Mr. Singh, we cannot say enough about him. We had an amazing experience of our tour thanks to our driver. He was very professional, friendly and made sure we were comfortable and safe. He's driving skills were flawless through extremely heavy traffic. Our tour wouldn't have been the same without him. Highly recommend him for any driving while in India. The Taj Mahal Tour-From the start, Vivek was very professional, friendly, and incredibly organized, instantly making us feel comfortable and excite for the day ahead. Vivek deep knowledge of the area, history, and local culture kept us intrigued. Vivek made our experience to Taj Mahal unforgettable. What truly set this guide apart was his talent for photography. He knew all the best spots, angles, and lighting, and took the time to help us get amazing photos without making the tour feel rushed. Whether it was photos of my friend and I or perfectly framed scenic pictures, he went above and beyond to make sure we left with beautiful memories captured. All of them were very competent, spoke excellent German and impressed us with their extensive knowledge of the impressive monuments and the long history of India. They also informed us about the country's diverse culture and religion. They also protected us from overly pushy salespeople and diligently took photos of us at the most beautiful places - perfect memories included. They were always eager to support us and fulfill our wishes immediately.   From start to finish the communication's from Joyful Holidays have been outstanding, very useful info and messages almost every day making sure everything was going well. It has worked like clockwork, no hiccups at all. Our driver Raju has been excellent. The first few days saw thick fog and long drives, his driving was perfect. At no time were I or my wife concerned or worried. Raju looked after us so well, at every hotel he came in to make sure check in went smoothly, his recommendations for restaurants were great. The guides we had at each destination have also been very good, knowledgable and friendly. All the hotels have been of a good standard and the reception and service outstanding. All I can say is a big thank you to joyful tours for an excellent well thought out and faultlessly executed tour.
