Joyful Holiday’s customer service was amazing! Sonia answered all our questions promptly prior to our journey starting. Each day of the tour, she checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. Our special itinerary requests were accommodated and the tour concluded without any problems. Ajay was a fantastic driver! He was friendly, professional and provided exceptional service. We always had a smooth and pleasant ride. His car was clean and comfortable. We were amazed by all we saw and learned. The tour guides knowledge made our trip unforgettable! Their passion for their cities shone through.
