  Joyful Holidays did a great job planning and delivering our trip to the Golden Triangle plus Ranthambhore and Jaisalmer. Our trip was in March 2026 and included 10 hotel nights (4 star), guides in each city plus some additional stops between destinations, cars with drivers, an airline flight and an overnight train journey. Parveen, who was our driver for most of the trip and Dinesh who was our guide in Jaisalmer were particularly outstanding! This was our first time in India, and Joyful did a great job of creating a comprehensive itinerary that included standard sites plus additional sites we requested and 2 specific hotels. Our drivers and guides provided lots of historical information and insights into everyday life. Perhaps even more valuable, they translated for us and guided us through complicated processes and admissions at the monuments saving countless hours and frustration. English not common outside major hotels and restaurants. We generally plan our own trips and travel on our own with limited assistance, but were glad we didn’t this time. We ran into a couple of minor hiccups, but they were resolved by Dinesh and quick responses from Sonia at Joyful. There were two things I would do differently. First, is time our visit to Jaisalmer while airline service was available to avoid an overnight train trip back to Delhi. Second, I’d skip the night at a “desert camp”. To be clear though, these were our requests and were not suggestions from Joyful. And Joyful was able to arrange a Private First Class, coupe compartment for the train trip which made it much better.Show more

  We really enjoyed our tour of the golden triangle. Our 5 star driver, Raju, met us at the airport and took wonderful care of us for all 13 days. He worked with all the various city guides to give us the best experience with little to no waiting around. We upgraded to 4 star hotels and while most of them were good they were a little remote and left us eating at the hotels in the evenings. The itinerary was good, primarily traveling by car one day and then visiting the sights the next day. The schedule was easy with no early morning starts, except for seeing the Taj Mahal at sunrise and the Tiger safari (both well worth it)! In all, we had a very good trip with Joyfull Holidays!Show more

  A good well planned tour, which took in all our requirements. Our driver, Ram Pal, was excellent. Always punctual, very friendly and ensured our tours were well organised. Tour guides were very knowledgeable and spoke good English. All hotels were great.   I can't recommend Joyful holidays enough. From the first contact we've had excellent service. Communication with Sonia and her team has been second to none, with every concern handled with patience. We have been very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved with our holiday and haven't experienced any issues. Our driver,Ram, picked us up at the airport and has been with us throughout. His courtesy, friendliness and driving skill has helped us to enjoy the experience so much. At every stop we have been provided with an excellent guide; having someone with us to explain the history and help us navigate has been invaluable. We especially enjoyed Sam in Udaipur, as well as Khan, Dilip and Harry. They all felt like friends by the end of the day. And Sonia has always been on hand to answer any query and help us whenever it's been needed. We've thanked our lucky stars every day we've been here that we decided to choose Joyful.   We did the famous Golden Triangle : Delhi-Agra-Jaipur. Excellent tour! Very well organised by Joyful Holidays founder Ms Sonia Handa. Real 5 star service. Everything in time. Clean air-conditioned comfortable car and good hotels in every city. We were accompanied by the professional guides everywhere. Special thanks to our driver Mr. Gulab who is the safest driver in India and very nice person always ready to help. We also want to mention our super knowledgeable Delhi guide Mr Vivek Kumar who apart from usual city landmarks took us through local market and arranged street food tasting. Big credit to Ms Sonia who carefully selected wonderful people to create great team.   We did an 11-day tour around Rajasthan and it was amazing. The whole trip was very well planned and organised, plus, Sonia, the organiser of the tour, was constantly ensuring everything went well. We saw some great monuments, temples and forts. The best thing about the trip was the safari in Ranthambore where we even managed to see some tigers. We travelled in a nice car, with a nice driver, with cold water and wifi. I would totally recommend this trip to anyone planning to visit the north of India!!Show more

If you're lucky you can get a vivid sight of the tiger. We all enjoyed a lot at our recent trip to Ranthambore. The tour was well managed. We picked up at the airport when we arrived in Delhi. The driver picked us up every morning and provided us with clean drinking water and light meals in a clean, air-conditioned car. The hotel has selected a 3-star option. There were great local guides in Delhi, Agra Jaipur and Pushkar.Show more

Every morning, I was introduced to the driver who greeted me in a clean car with water and snacks. He was an excellent attentive driver and couldn't do enough for us.
