Itinerary
- Day 1
Corner Brook
You'll arrive in Corner Brook and get settled into your hotel for your first night. This is where your Newfoundland and Labrador adventure begins, so take time to get oriented and rest up before the journey ahead.
- Day 2
Corner Brook to Cow Head
A transfer takes you from Corner Brook toward Cow Head in Gros Morne National Park. Along the way, you'll stop at the Newfoundland Insectarium to walk through the butterfly house where around 1,000 live tropical butterflies are on display. You'll arrive in the late afternoon, meet your tour guide and group, and settle in for the evening.

Gros Morne National Park
The day focuses on Gros Morne National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with plenty to see. You'll take a scenic boat tour on Bonne Bay where you can watch for bald eagles soaring above the fjord, then visit the Tablelands, a striking flat-topped mountain rising from the landscape. If you prefer a different route, there's an alternative option for a boat tour on Western Brook Pond and a visit to Broom Point Fishing Premises, though that option involves a 45-minute walk each direction totaling 3 km/2 miles.

Cow Head to Gander
You'll leave Gros Morne and drive through Central Newfoundland toward Gander. Once there, your guide will share the town's remarkable story from September 11, 2001, when 38 diverted planes suddenly landed here, leading to the Broadway musical 'Come From Away'. The North Atlantic Aviation Museum showcases exhibits on Gander's transatlantic aviation history and gives you insight into this unique chapter.

Gander to Clarenville
A scenic drive takes you along the rugged coastline of Notre Dame Bay to Twillingate, a charming outport town. You'll visit Long Point Lighthouse and the Prime Berth Fishery & Heritage Centre to learn about local maritime heritage. As you pass through Terra Nova National Park, keep your camera ready since wildlife sightings are common here. By evening you'll reach Clarenville where you'll stay for two nights.

Bonavista and Trinity
Two historic towns are on the agenda today. First, you'll explore Bonavista, the site where John Cabot made his first North American landing in 1497. Cape Bonavista Lighthouse Provincial Historic Site shows you what life was like for lighthouse keepers. After that, you'll head to Trinity and walk through streets lined with historic 18th-century buildings that have been carefully preserved.

- Day 7
Clarenville to St. John's
You're heading to St. John's, North America's oldest city and Newfoundland's capital, positioned among granite cliffs with views of the harbor. An included city tour shows you Victorian downtown architecture, the modern waterfront, the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, the Confederation Building, and panoramic vistas from Signal Hill. You'll stay here for two nights.

St. John's
This morning starts with a boat tour from Bay Bulls through the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve (weather permitting) where you'll look for puffins and other seabirds. Later, you'll visit Cape Spear National Historic Site, the most easterly point in North America. The afternoon is yours to explore St. John's on your own schedule and see what interests you most.
