Do I arrive on the tour start day and depart on the tour's last day? I want to time it so I do not rush/miss any activities. Please provide recommendation of Airport code for best route to meet the tour group. Also, please let me know the range of cash to bring (min and Max)

In general you will arrive on Day 1 in Osaka - the best airport is Kansai International Airport (KIX) - and you will need to arrive at the hotel no later than 3pm so that you can check in, meet the group before heading out for the day to Osaka Castle! On the last day you will have a return train back to Osaka as part of your tour package. You can advise the guide on what time you want to go back on the final day and they will book the ticket for you. We would advise $400 AUD for the duration of the 6-day tour. This is a safe amount to cover lots on the tour. Japan is very cash heavy so take a lot of cash with you. Majority of your spending money should be in cash, however you will have lots of opportunities to withdraw more cash throughout the trip.

I am 64 and wondering if I can join? Also, is it only a shared room?

We have to follow our guidelines as per our tour requirements, meaning we are unable to accommodate guests who are over the age of 59.

We are interested in booking this tour, however we would like two separate rooms. Can you provide us with a quote.

For the accommodation on this tour it will have 4 nights in a Twin Room and 1 night of Twin Tatami Mats in a traditional Japanese temple.

Do you pick me up from the airport in the first day? On day 6, what time the tour will be finished in Osaka? What do you think if my flight from KIX airport on day 6 at 23.00?

We don't include airport pick ups in Japan, its more common practice that travellers use Osaka's metro/subway. It's easy to navigate and all travellers who have boarded our 6 day Osaka-Hiroshima snapshot haven't reported any difficulties getting to the accommodation. You will also have the guides Whatsapp number to communicate with on the ground if you did need any assistance. Flying out of Osaka at 23:00 in the evening is totally fine yes, the tour will finish in the morning, so we wouldn't recommend booking anything earlier than mid afternoon just to be safe.

When to visit Japan to see the full bloom cherry blossom season? Want to choose between 6 day tour or 13 day tour.

The pace was fast but we got to see and experience so much l especially enjoyed the karaoke activity, Koyasan, the tour of the Peace Park in Hiroshima Miyajima Island and getting to know the other people on the tour. My only critique is the quickie food tour. I felt it could have been more extensive and the stops/food was underwhelming. I know Japan must have better food than what we ate that night.
