However, we must respectfully address the content of your review as it contains several inaccuracies that could misrepresent our company and the quality of our service: 1) Chanalai Hillside Resort is widely recognized as one of the top-rated 4-star hotels in Phuket, and over the years, 100% of our customers who stayed at this property have expressed satisfaction and positive feedback. 2) Upon learning of your dissatisfaction, Legend Travel Group took immediate action and, out of respect for your concerns, fully refunded the room cost for you and all other members of your group—even though the property met all advertised standards.       You only need to book your international flight tickets from your home country to Bangkok and from Phuket back to your home country. For the duration of the tour, all internal flight tickets, entrance fees, sightseeing tickets, and accommodation are included in the tour package. There are no extra costs for the excursions or domestic flights mentioned in the itinerary. Regarding your stay in Phuket, you can extend your trip in Phuket and we can book the extra hotels for you after you book the Tours. The price of a 4-star hotel depends on your travel period, so once we have your specific dates, we can provide you with the exact nightly rate for the extension.

Based on the high-end nature of the requested activities (Private tours with photographers, Paramotor flights, Yona Floating Beach Club, etc.), the lowest price based on the lowest hotel category (3-star) is at least US $4,000.00 in total. The requested budget of $1,500 for a 10-day solo trip during the busiest week of the year is not feasible, as the domestic flights and peak-season hotel rates alone would exceed a large portion of that amount. If your client is open to a higher budget or would prefer to join a Standard Group Tour to reduce costs, please let us know and we will be happy to provide alternative options.

      Based on our experience, the standard itinerary for the Fantastic Circle of Thailand Tour is quite physically demanding and may not be the ideal fit without a few key adjustments. While the private tours in Bangkok and Chiang Rai are manageable with a dedicated guide who can adjust the pace, there are two specific days that I have concerns about: Day 5: Mae Tang Trek with Elephant Care. This day involves a jungle trek and white-water rafting, which are activities best suited for more adventurous and physically fit travelers. Day 8: Full Day Join Tour Phi Phi Island. This tour uses a speedboat in a large group setting (up to 45 people). Speedboat travel can be quite bumpy, and getting on and off the boat can be challenging.
