Refunds are also handled according to the Terms and Conditions, which we have attached for your reference. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required per person. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date. If the bookings are made 60 days or fewer before the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 67 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
