  There are so many tour companies to choose from making it difficult to decide who to pick. Joyful Holidays was the right choice for us. We did the 6 day Golden Triangle tour which let us see all the highlights in each city within the time frame of our travel plans. Ms. Sonia Handa was very responsive to all our questions and communicated with us before the start of our tour providing confidence that we were in good hands. Our driver, Parveen, was outstanding. Throughout our trip, we had interesting conversations discussing the history and culture of India to politics, religion and the economy. He's a wealth of information and he made sure everyday went smoothly for us. He was our lifeline. Thanks Joyful Holidays, Sonia and Parveen for making our tour a wonderful and memorable one.   When I started to plan my trip, Sonia was very helpful, providing information and options and answering my questions. She provided a lot of information about what to do and what not to do, which was really appreciated. In other reviews I read that she kept in contact with the people throughout their tours. She only contacted me once, on day 6 of my 8 day tour. I requested all female tourguides, as a solo female traveller, I just felt more comfortable with female guides, yet my 2nd guide was male, and I was not informed of this change. My driver, Shahid was great. He was always on time and he always explained to me the surroundings. He was also very helpful and assisted me whenever I needed assistance. Tour Guides. Shelly, My tour guide in Delhi was my favourite, she have a great personality and explained everything in so much detail, she was also very patient with me. Even though she was a bit sick, she still made my tour a great experience. My tour guide in Agra, the male guide, was fine. He explained very well, we had good conversations, bit at times it felt like he was rushing me to move on. Pinky, my guide in Jaipur (Pinky from the Pink City) was also great. Although the weather was miserable (heavy rain at times) she still did her best to make my time special and do as much as the weather allowed us to do. I also had a great time with her. The company representative in Ranthambore, Naval welcomed we warmly upon my arrival at the hotel, he was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and I couldn't have done it without Joyful Holidays. I would recommend them without a doubt....Show more

  We did a 6 days- five nights Golden Triangle city Tour. It was a rich program, well balanced and perfectly organized by Sonia Hands. She took care of everything and communicsted clear abd to the pount. She handeld our special requests competently. The guides on the way were jnowkedgeable and spoke good English The hotels were fine. We were driven thrse days by mr Ram Pal. He is a good mooded calm driver in the hectic trafic and most of all a safe driver. He also shared a kit on what we saw along the way and on Indian cukture and soceity. All people we met were extremely service oriented. Surely recommended.Show more

  Sonia, our organisational contact prior and during, was prompt in responding and very accommodating. She was supportive before and during, and answered all of our questions. She also kindly made changes to the order of stops on the tour to allow us to see all the sights we wanted to. She also organised for some yoga classes as requested. Our guides were all very knowledgeable and our driver, Ram, was fantastic. He was always sensitive to our needs and providing delicious treats along the way as well as plentiful water in the hot weather. Even providing a pillow for us to rest on the longer drives. Learning about life in India from him was fascinating. Deepest thanks for his generosity. Particular thanks to Manjit, our guide in Delhi, and Himanshu our guide in Agra for their kind hearted, genuine and highly informed guidance.Show more
