  This tour has been really wonderful! We have visited many impressive monuments in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. In particular, seeing the Taj Mahal at sunrise is marvelous, avoids the heat and crowd. At the Ranthambore national park we saw lots of animals, and we were lucky that a tiger walked near our jeep. Each day included a visit to a shop that sells good quality products (carpets, artifacts in marble and textiles). However, the sellers are never pushy. This tour has a good pace, as most days start at 9 and end around 5. Sonia Handa is the best travel agent that I've ever met. She accommodated every request and communicated very well both before and during the tour. Also our driver, Parveen, has been great, always nice and careful on the road. The 4 stars hotels offer comfortable rooms, and often swimming pool and spa. Finally, the guides are competent and are happy to take photos.Show more

  We planned a 6 day Golden Triangle tour and safari with Joyful Holidays through Tour Radar. There were 3 of us on a private tour. Once we booked the trip we had great communication with Sonia, the owner of Joyful Tours. She answered all of our questions and had a great tour planned for us. Upon arrival at the airport in Delhi our driver Raju met us with marigold necklaces and transported us to our hotel. Over the next week Raju took care of us as we made our way around the Golden Triangle and safari. Every morning he checked to make sure we had all of our belongings before we headed out and was always there with a cold bottle of water. At each stop we had a tour guide that educated us about what we were seeing. There were some language barriers along the way, but we learned a lot and each guide knew their city inside and out. Sonia checked in with us all the time via WhatsApp to make sure everything was good. After our 2nd safari Raju delivered us back to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. It was a great week and we were very happy. Would highly recommend using Joyful Holiday if you are traveling to India. Request Raju!Show more

  Enjoyed the tour. Saw many beautiful ancient sites, and the accommodation and included meals were great. Our main driver Pooran was the highlight. He was professional, knowledgeable, had a good sense of humour, and his car was spotless. We always felt safe with his driving, and the drives were a comfortable way to see the scenery. We also liked our tour guides in Delhi and in Agra, Dasrat and Bipul. The only reasons I am rating this as a 4 and not 5 star are: we were booked on a "Tiger Tour" at the time of year when it is least likely to see a tiger because most of the zones are closed for mating season. I feel we should have been made aware of this so that we could have adjusted our itinerary accordingly for maximum value. Second, the tour guides in Jaipur and Fatehpur Sikri had a tendency to sit us down in corners looking at walls and then monologue, and when I would look around to appreciate the site that we were in they would say "excuse me" to get my attention back (one even snapped his fingers at me). Finally, the driver that we had from Agra to Delhi airport was unprofessional and terrifying: he drove fast and aggressively while watching YouTube videos and constantly talking on his phone. This was an unfortunate way to end the experience. However, I passed this feedback on to Sonia and she was quick to respond (as she has been from the beginning), and polite and receptive to my feedback. So I am sure these things will be improved for the next people. Thank you Sonia and team for a pleasant and memorable experience!Show more
