  I've just finished a 5-day tour of the Golden Triangle (Delhi/Agra/Jaipur) with Joyful Holidays and wish to sincerely thank Sonia and her team for a wonderful experience and many happy memories during my journey. Sonia is thoroughly honest and professional in all of her communications and I enjoyed working with her to design the ideal trip for me. Special thanks to my driver, Rajendra, who was so kind, thoughtful and flexible (as well as punctual!), and went out of his way to ensure that my trip was safe and, well, joyful!Show more

  This trip was great! The days were well planned and a variety of activities so wasn’t ever boring. The guides were fun, knowledgeable, and great at knowing exactly where the best photo spots were. Hotels and food were also good. Sonia from Joyful Holidays is very attentive and thorough. She helped answer many questions in preparation - clothes to bring, shoes, daily money to plan for and more. My driver, Mr Shiva was with me the whole week. He was part guide part driver. And I very much enjoyed talking with him on the long drives. Overall- this trip was amazing. I’d recommend it. The only downside was that as a single traveler I was alone- there was no one else on this tour. So dinners were a bit quiet. But in the end this also meant that I received a very private level tour. Which was also amazing. Many thanks to all of those that helped plan and then take me to these amazing places. The Taj Mahal literally took my breath away!! Definitely 5 stars ⭐️ On this tour package!Show more

  Our tour to Delhi Agra and Jaipur was truly exceptional in every way. Joyful Holidays travel designer and her team delivered top-notch customized service from initial contact all the way to our return back home. My husband and I went on a 5 days trip through much of Golden triangletour(Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and many amazing places in between). When we arrived, our driver welcomed us with a smile. Over the next few days, we truly felt that we are traveling like family. Every day Sonia was asking about our tour. Such incredible enthusiasm, professionalism hard to see in other travel companies we have used earlier. While we spent a lot of time in the car, our driver made sure we were never bored and are comfortable all the time. He went out of his way to make our experience special for us. He is a huge asset to the company. The Joyful team did an incredible job hiring local tour guides in each city. Our guides in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur were very knowledgeable, customized the day to our interests and energy levels. We gained a better understanding for the history, culture, and lifestyle of each city thanks to their passion and attentiveness to our interests. We also think they created an appropriate balance of downtime and structure. The accommodations chosen for us were high quality and in good locations. We questioned a couple of options prior to our tour, but upon arriving, understood entirely why they were chosen.   I worked with Ms Sonia of Joyful Holidays to organize a customized trip to the Golden Triangle tour of India. She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She made all requested changes to the itinerary without difficulty. One of our favorite parts of the trip was our Driver Shanker and His van .He took care of everything, explained sights between locations and gave us all information needed . The tour guide in Delhi was great, and the tour guides in Agra and Jaipur were excellent, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. With my private tour, it was easy to customize. I would recommend communicating your hotel preferences early on and making sure they are booked early as they do sell out fast. Also as a general. many monuments in India now accept credit card as form of payment for entrance fees Also Taj Mahal and it is actually a little cheaper to pay by card. Overall, the trip was really an unforgettable experience. India is an amazing cultural experience with so many beautiful places to see. Sonia and his team worked hard to make sure that we had the best experience possible, and I think they were very successful! I highly recommend.Show more

Well organised and would definitely book with Sonia again. The only thing we didn’t like was the constant tipping which we were later told not to bother doing.Show more

From the first moment I contacted them by email they were extremely helpful, they understood what I wanted to get out of our trip and suggested options for our itinerary. All of the accommodation they suggested were exactly what we had wanted. On arrival their representative was waiting at the airport. They were in contact with me by WhatsApp throughout our stay. All of the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and professional. A special mention and thank you to the owner of the company Ms. Sonia Handa, and our wonderful driver Dharmender who kept us entertained on some long car journeys and always greeted us with a happy smiling face.
