  Joyful Holidays organised an excellent tour package for us. They allowed us to customise hotels and trips to perfectly suit our needs. The hotels they selected for us were perfect and the hotel in Jaipur was the best we have experienced in India. Joyful Holidays not only responded quickly to our requests but checked on us daily to make sure everything was OK. Perfect communication. The driver they provided for our week long trip, Suresh, was excellent. He helped us to find good places to eat in the evening and was always ready and waiting for us when we needed him. He took us wherever we needed or wanted to go. Suresh's driving skills are second to none. India traffic is the busiest in the world but Suresh navigates it quickly and safely. I highly recommend him. We had a number of guides on our trip, Nagrinder, in Jaipur was the best. He provided an engaging view of Indian history and his presentation was easy to clear and easy to understand. He provided commentary at just the right places and was professional but friendly. We highly recommend Joyful Holidays.Show more

  Our Golden Triangle tour (Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur) was absolutely outstanding! Everything was so well organised, and we felt looked after every step of the way. The tour guides Shikha, Raj and Alka were exceptional – each one brought a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge about India’s incredible history, culture, and architecture. They weren’t just informative, but also engaging, warm, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Our driver Ram was equally amazing – always friendly, patient and professional. He navigated the busy roads with ease, ensuring we were safe and comfortable the entire time.   My friend and I (both female travelers) joined the 4-days Golden Triangle Private Tour by Joyful Holiday from 12 Dec to 15 Dec 2024. We had 1 driver and 4 different guides throughout our journey in Jaipur, Agra and Delhi. Despite having different guides, the trip was well coordinated. The driver and guides were very punctual and accommodating. The guides were experienced and knowledgeable and the trip was truly an eye-opener. I’ve gained greater interest towards India’s history and culture. Our driver (Ajay) is a really gentle, patient, friendly, trusting and reliable driver. I would definitely engage him as our driver during my next trip to India. With the driver and guides, I felt really safe and comfortable throughout the trip.   We were two females, first time in India, and left the planning mostly to Sonia. The itinerary was well planned and adjustable to our needs (we started from Jaipur and ended at Delhi). She tried to made sure that we were given female guides (3 out of 4 guides were female but all were really good) so that we feel safe and all of the guides were very knowledgeable. I particularly liked Shweta in Delhi and the guide for Fatehpur Sikri (he took really amazing photos and really quick too!) Ajay was our driver and he’s the nicest and most patient person we encountered during our trip. He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our 4 days tour. He also shared many interesting facts about the Golden Triangle during the drive and also made sure we made full use of our time (ensuring that we made it to our next spot right on time before closing). He also accommodated to many of our requests, which we appreciate greatly. He’s a great driver, I would highly recommend him!Show more

  We didn't have long to spend in India so opted for this three day tour of the golden triangle. Our driver, Ram was very courteous and accompanied us throughout the trip. He was very kind and thoughtful, giving advice on different restaurants, offering to lend us some cash when we had run out and even turning back to go to a store when we were 20 minutes out. He was a great driver, making sure we were comfortable and had enough room. The first day was spent in Delhi. The smog was quite bad but we toured the different sights there and experienced the madness of Delhi life. We were taken to different shops which were quite pushy in selling their products, if we were to change anything it would be to be given an option to go to these rather than expecting us to spend money there. In Jaipur our guide Rajesh was lovely and had a great sense of humour. We really enjoyed Jaipur and learnt a lot from Rajesh about the history. He took fantastic photos too! In Agra our guide Vajay was great and took us to the Taj Mahal and the red fort. They were both incredible and bonus that it was free during world heritage week! Vajay gave us the option to go to the shops/factory which we appreciated and were thankful for. All three guides were very knowledgeable and clearly knew a lot about the history and the architecture. She was beyond helpful when I had to make a last minute change to my tour. She put me completely at ease. I am so thankful to have found her and her business. Raju was an incredible driver. I was extremely comfortable the entire time I was with him. And Dilip was an amazing tour guide. He has a clear passion for Agra and was very knowledgeable and funny. I had an amazing time with both Raju and Dilip. I was sad to say goodbye to both of them at the end of my tour.Show more
