  My lovely driver Shiv was brilliant and careful and cautious and really helpful and informative. Also my guides were excellent and looked after me really well. They were all brilliant at their jobs and were really cheerful and helpful. The tours were first class and I felt like a VIP throughout. I was unlucky enough to arrive two days late for my tour but Sonia was able to re-arrange it so I did not miss out. I was able to see the main architectural highlights and also experience the crafts and culture and the way of life of the people in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur and I have countless incredible photos as a souvenir of a wonderful trip.Show more

  Joyful holidays was extremely helpful and ultimately tremendously flexible as our plans changed a bit. Our driver for 6 days, Pooran was exceptional, always on time, and very polite. His well maintained luxury car was immaculate and stocked with plenty of cold water. The stops they planned were excellent and the local guides were knowledgeable, extremely personable, and fun to spend time with. The pacing was spot on and everyone was well organized. The guides took care of the details at all of the sites and even directed me to the best washrooms. I would definitely book through Joyful Holidays again and ask for Pooran for my driver and Alvina. Pinky, and Shikha again as guides.Show more

My partner and I recently completed the 7-day India Golden Triangle Tour with Joyful Holidays, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. From our very first enquiry, Sonia, the director, was outstanding — professional, warm, and quick to respond. She helped design the perfect itinerary, and everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived until the day we left. A special mention must go to our wonderful driver, Parveen Kumar, who made our journey unforgettable. His English was excellent, his driving skills superb (especially in hectic city traffic!), and his sense of humor made every trip between cities a pleasure. Parveen treated us like family — ensuring the car was spotless, offering water, and happily adjusting plans whenever we asked. His knowledge of the region and commitment to his guests went far beyond expectations. We were also blessed with amazing local guides: Karan (Delhi), Sanjay (Agra), and Nagendra (Jaipur). Each brought the history and culture of their city to life with passion and detail. They handled tickets, gave great safety advice, and even took fantastic photos for us at the best spots. Their love for what they do really showed and made each tour special. Everything about this experience — from organization to safety and hospitality — was flawless.   I have enjoyed another great tour organised by Sonia at Joyful Holidays, this time a private customised tour around Mussoorie and Landour. I flew into Dehradun airport then stayed 3 nights in Mussoorie, combining historic sites, treks and stunning view points. My guide Rohit lived locally and was very knowledgeable of the history of the area as well as the best times to visit different sites to ensure we weren’t stuck in crowds or traffic, despite arriving in peak holiday time. The treks he suggested were peaceful and beautiful. Mr Anil, my driver, navigated the roads masterfully.   Our trip to the golden triangle with Joyful holidays was fantastic. The planning and communication from Sonia was great the entire way through. Our driver Ram Pal was excellent and looked after us very well. He was very willing to stop for anything extra we wanted and the car was comfortable and spacious. The guides in every city were incredibly knowledgeable especially Sanjay in Agra who took us around the Taj Mahal and was able to get some excellent photos. Overall I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit the golden triangle.Show more
