I was told for a nominal fee they can upgrade me. A nominal fee turned out to $399 a night. Kenya Airways canceled my flight. I rebooked on another carrier after telling Kenya Airways. I wanted a refund and still haven’t received one, the other carrier that I booked on left me stuck in Kuala Lumpur. I tried to contact the tour operator and I tried to contact the hotel… every time I got in touch with the hotel, they hung the phone up on me. And when I tried to call the tour operator, there was no answer. In the end I lost all of the money. It’s OK such a bad experience never again. Find a reputable tour operator use a reputable airline… And truly, is it really worth it?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Bonvoyage Kenya Safaris. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bonvoyage Kenya Safaris will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Bonvoyage Kenya Safaris" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
