    Both the last week of April and the first week of May are excellent options. The dry season usually begins around late March, so these dates generally offer favorable conditions for trekking. Of course, mountain weather can always be unpredictable. I would recommend securing your reservation as early as possible, as demand for these dates is usually very high. Inca Trail permits can sell out very quickly, sometimes even from the first day the Ministry of Culture releases availability, which is typically around January of the following year.

    I was reading through your website and see that normally circuit 1c and 3 b are included in this package. Could I add 2a as a separate cost? Would we have enough time ?

    Yes, it is possible to add Circuit 2A as an additional entrance. However, please keep in mind that Circuit 2A already covers many of the main areas and viewpoints included in Circuits 1 and 3, so there will be some overlap between the visits. If you would still like to include Circuit 2A for a more complete Machu Picchu experience, we can arrange the additional ticket for USD 55 per person. An additional guided service would also be required, at a cost of USD 90. Regarding the timing, it should be possible to organize both visits as long as we coordinate the entrance times correctly.

  My partner and I are interested in booking this trip including Huayna Picchu for sometime around July 10th to July 15th. Would we have access to Machu Picchu as well?

    Unfortunately, for the dates you requested, we no longer have availability for either Huayna Picchu or the Inca Trail, as both services are currently completely sold out. Huayna Picchu is sold out approximately until the end of August. The Inca Trail is fully sold out until October. However, there are still some alternative options available to visit Machu Picchu, depending on your exact travel dates and the type of experience you are looking for.

    Regarding your preferred departure date, I'm glad to confirm that it is indeed possible to secure your space for January 29, 2026. We will be able to reconfirm 100% in October 2025, once the Ministry of Culture opens the permit system. In the unlikely case that permits for that exact date are not available, we will adjust your itinerary within the same timeframe to ensure you can still hike the Inca Trail.

    If you're asking whether we provide transfers between airports in Lima, the answer is: yes, we can arrange a private transfer between terminals or to nearby hotels. However, if you mean you can't get a flight to Cusco, please note that we do not operate tours that start directly from Lima Airport — all our treks (such as the Inca Trail or Salkantay) begin with a pick-up in Cusco. For the 8-day tour, we do include airport pick-up in Cusco, so once you arrive there, we'll take care of everything from start to finish.
