We are pleased to learn that our Travel Director and Coach Driver provided you with their services and were able to deliver personalised and professional attention to your needs. We recognise that having a wonderful and dedicated Travel Director is essential to make your travel experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We were concerned to learn that you felt our hotels on the itinerary failed to meet the high standards we are recognised for, and it should be noted that hotel standards may vary from country to country. However, the condition of each establishment should still be in line with our high standards. Your concerns will be investigated accordingly to help us make the necessary improvements for our guests. That said, we hope you have taken some lasting memories from your time away with us.
