We are a group of 5 people and are interested in booking the Manaslu Circuit Trek with you. Could you please let us know if you are able to organize the trek for these dates? We would also appreciate it if you could send us the full itinerary, what is included and excluded, permit details, accommodation standard, guide and porter arrangements, and the total price for 5 people. Could you also provide the names, links, or any available details of the guesthouses/lodges where we would stay each night during the trek?

    • C

      Claudia

      TravelerWritten March 2026

I was checking different reviews and realized that I forgot to ask about physical requirements for the track. I saw the feedback that this track is relatively difficult as Annapurna track, some people say it is much harder. I am not active in sport right now but ready to prepare for the track during 1 month before trip with running and cardio(used to run quite well before) and generally in good shape myself, and had experience with tracking (but till 4000m mostly). And wanted to double check - if we do 13 days program, it is gonna be doable? Or better to switch to 14 days?

    • Sherpa Expedition TeamsOperatorWritten March 2026

Please note that the cost for a private jeep transfer from Kathmandu to the trek starting point, and from the trek ending point back to Kathmandu, is USD 250. (total from 2 people)

    • Sherpa Expedition TeamsOperatorWritten March 2026

Regarding the trek difficulty, this route is not very difficult. However, the daily camping distances are a bit longer compared to the Annapurna - Manaslu Circuit treks. Overall, this itinerary is considered a moderate-level trek, and normally you should expect to walk about 6–7 hours each day. The 13-day and 11-day itineraries are quite similar, as the route and schedule are almost the same. The 11-day option is also a very good and practical plan for the Manaslu trek.

    • C

      Claudia

      TravelerWritten March 2026

If we want to start the programme on 18 April, when should we arrive in Kathmandu? Do we need to get trekking permits from you before we set off? Or could we go straight to Sotikhola after arriving, say, on 18 April?

      Claudia
