    I am a solo traveler and am interested in this trek but do not want to do it as a private tour type thing with just me and guide. I want to do a trek with other travelers. Would I be joining a group or is this a private tour?

      You're most welcome to join one of our group departures — it wouldn't be a private tour unless you specifically requested it. We regularly have groups of like-minded travelers from around the world, and as a solo traveler, you'll be paired with a group so you can enjoy the trek together.

    What is the arrival time on the first day at Kathmandu airport? Is there a place to store additional luggage from a previous trip and only carry essentials?

      You can come in any time on first day, we will give you pick up. Our itinerary first day is early morning flight about 6:30 am in a morning, so you have to come one day earlier for a trek. You can store luggage in our office, it would not be issue.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before May 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 12 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
