I would like to do a European expedition beginning in London 30 July 2026 to 21 August 2026. Its a 90 member school group from Barbados. Please tell me if I can be accommodated

Is this a flight only request? What services are required over the course of 22 Days between 30 July 2026 and 21 August 2026. What category of accommodation is required? Are we looking for 4 Students sharing a room at all the places where accommodation may be required?

So the transportation to and from train station is provided? also how about the transportation for the guided tours?

The airport transfers are included. Train transfers are not included but to close the deal we will include them for you complimentary. We book the hotels within walking distance from the start point of the tour.

Do you think a budget of 12000 dollars for the 4 of them would be sufficient? Considering we take the eurail pass, shared experiences (hop on hop off passes or shared walking tours), 3 star accommodation, private transfers to and from the airport/train station only. Their specific requirements are 2 which they would not want to miss the lichtenstien castle and Disney World in Paris. If to accommodate these, we have to reduce a night in Cologne and Bruges, we can do so. What would be mighty helpful is if we could get a sense of what could be done in 12000$ for the family.

  Can you confirm the name of the Hotel the clients will be staying at on the last night of the tour? There is another couple coming into Rome that day and looking to meet them there before heading to the cruise port the next day.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Wanderful Holidays LLC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Wanderful Holidays LLC will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
