Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Your airport representative meets you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfers you by private car to your hotel—either Kathmandu Marriott, Hyatt Regency, or Dwarika's Hotel. After you settle into your deluxe room, there's a welcome dinner at the hotel. Before arrival, the team collects copies of your travel medical insurance, passport, Nepali visa, and 2 passport photos for government permits required for Sagarmatha National Park.

Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding
Your Himalayan adventure starts with a scenic helicopter flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, where you'll see the massive mountains from above. From Lukla, you trek along the Dudh Koshi River through villages with views of Mt. Khumbila and Kusum Kanguru. After passing through Ghat village, you'll reach Phakding and stay at Yeti Mountain Home on the riverbanks in a traditionally decorated room.

Phakding to Namche Bazaar
After breakfast in the mountain air, you trek to Namche Bazaar along a trail that runs parallel to the Dudh Koshi River through pine forests. At Sagarmatha National Park's entrance, you present your trekking permits and then continue on a zigzag trail. Your first views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse come into focus before you reach Namche Bazaar Village, the semi-circular historical capital of the Khumbu region surrounded by mountains.

- Day 4
Namche Bazaar (Acclimatization Day)
This day focuses on acclimatization by staying active at higher altitude. You explore Namche Bazaar and hike to Khumjung Village, stopping at Sagarmatha National Park Museum to see the Tenzing Norgay Sherpa statue and learn about the region's ecology and culture. From there you continue to Syangboche Airport, Nepal's highest altitude airstrip, then trek through hills for mountain views. Later you visit Khumjung Village and its oldest monastery before staying at Hotel Everest View, one of the world's highest altitude hotels.

Khumjung to Pangboche
Starting with breakfast and panoramic views of snow-capped mountains, you trek to Pangboche Village via Tengboche on undulating trails while crossing suspension bridges. You visit Tengboche Monastery perched on a clifftop and surrounded by rhododendron forest. After lunch at Tengboche, you head north through forests, cross several suspension bridges over the Imja Khola river, then make a steep one-hour climb to reach Pangboche village and Everest Summit Lodge for sunset views.

- Day 6
Pangboche to Dingboche
You head up the valley following the Imja Khola and wide yak trails. After crossing a swinging bridge past the Pheriche intersection, you continue to Dingboche, a charming village surrounded by snow-covered mountains on the trail toward Everest Base Camp and Ama Dablam. You'll stay at Hotel Bright Star with beautifully decorated rooms and modern amenities, then enjoy lunch and dinner before relaxing in your warm bedroom.

Dingboche (Acclimatization Day)
Your second acclimatization day keeps you active with a trek up to Nangkartshang Peak—a two to three hour hike that helps improve oxygen intake at higher elevation. From the summit you'll see Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Kantega, and Makalu. The rest of your afternoon and evening are yours to relax at the hotel or wander around Dingboche Village before another dinner and an early night.

Kala Patthar - Gokyo - Kongde - Lukla - Dhulikhel
A helicopter flight from Dingboche takes you over the mountains with bird's-eye views of glacial lakes and glaciers. You land at Everest Base Camp (5,365m/17,598ft) to stand at the base of the world's highest peak. Next you fly to Kala Patthar (5,555m/18,209ft) for panoramic views of Everest and surrounding peaks. Then you fly low over the pristine Gokyo lakes (4,790m/15,715ft) before reaching Yeti Mountain Home in Kongde for a champagne celebratory lunch. After absorbing more mountain views, you fly back to Lukla then to Dwarika's Resort in Dhulikhel for a five-star dinner.

Dhulikhel to Kathmandu (via Bhaktapur and UNESCO Sites)
After a five-star breakfast at Dwarika's Resort, you drive from Dhulikhel to Kathmandu on the Araniko Highway. You stop at Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with medieval architecture including Nyatapola Temple, the 55-window palace, and Golden Gate. Back in Kathmandu you have guided sightseeing of Bouddhanath Stupa with its Tibetan Buddhist culture and prayer flags, then Pashupatinath Temple, the holiest Hindu temple. Lunch happens at either Bhaktapur or Bouddhanath area, and dinner is at Dwarika's Hotel—Krishnarpan Restaurant, with an optional VVIP after-dinner party at an elite club.
