That said, this is not a cohesive tour, it is a series of vouchers for tours with different tour operators. The instructions provided on the voucher for airport pickup were not complete and had a phone number to the wrong company, and the phone number given for one tour company was also incorrect by one digit resulting in them initially not responding to our WhatsApp messages. This definitely caused some stress, but our hotel was able to help sort things out. For those without reliable WiFi/whatsapp to sort out issues as they arise, recommend booking directly with tour companies for more direct contact.Show more
