The itinerary and chosen hotel were great. We added a day trip to El Chalten for the free day, which helped us to maximize our time. That said, this is not a cohesive tour, it is a series of vouchers for tours with different tour operators. The instructions provided on the voucher for airport pickup were not complete and had a phone number to the wrong company, and the phone number given for one tour company was also incorrect by one digit resulting in them initially not responding to our WhatsApp messages. This definitely caused some stress, but our hotel was able to help sort things out. For those without reliable WiFi/whatsapp to sort out issues as they arise, recommend booking directly with tour companies for more direct contact.Show more

That said, the services, hotels, and transfers are provided by different companies, as we sell tours all throughout the southern part of South America, and it is tantamount impossible to maintain a presence in such a vast territory. Furthermore, everyone in South America uses Whatsapp; there are very reasonably priced E-sim plans so you can remain connected should you have the need.
