  I am more than satisfied with the services provided by Kwesa Tours during my trip to Kilimanjaro! I wholeheartedly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed! From our very first meeting, everyone was so kind and friendly, making me feel as though we had known each other for years. They picked me up from the airport without any problems and took me to their cosy hotel in Moshi (Kilibase Hotel), where I was able to get plenty of rest both before and after the climb. I originally chose the Marangu Route, but after discussing my preferences with them, they happily changed it to the Machame Route at no extra cost. This route suited my expectations much better, and I am truly grateful to them for being so accommodating. The entire trek went smoothly, and I was amazed by the breathtaking scenery, which changed constantly along the way — from lush rainforest to a rocky landscape with almost no vegetation. We often joked and laughed together, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food prepared by our cook was absolutely delicious! They even prepared separate gluten-free meals for me, which I greatly appreciated. The porters did an incredible job carrying our heavy backpacks, tents, food, and all the other equipment. Somehow, they always managed to get ahead of us, set up the tents, and prepare our meals before we arrived at camp. It was truly amazing to watch them move so effortlessly with heavy loads on their heads and see how quickly they progressed to make sure everything was ready for us on time. And, of course, a huge thank you to my personal guide, Bryson, who helped me through the most challenging steps of the climb and supported me all the way to the summit before sunrise. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience to witness that beautiful sunrise above the clouds at such an altitude. On our way down, we laughed so much and had wonderful conversations, just like old friends. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Kwesa Tours for helping me fulfill a dream that began 16 years ago, when I first saw Kilimanjaro.Show more

  My partner and I chose the 7-day Machame Route with Kwesa Tours, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, communication was exceptional. Edward provided us with all the information we needed before the trip, answering our questions and helping us prepare for the expedition. On October 12, 2026, we reached the summit of Kilimanjaro, accompanied by an incredible team that was by our side throughout the entire adventure. We’d like to give a very special shout-out to Haji, our guide, for his professionalism, his vast knowledge of the mountain, and, above all, for the attention and care he gave us at all times, especially on summit day. His constant support made us feel safe and supported at every stage of the climb. The food was exceptional throughout the entire expedition, and we always had water available at the camps. The organization is impressive: from the cook and his assistants to the porters, each person plays a vital role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. A huge thank you to the entire team, whose effort and dedication made it possible for us to fulfill this dream. Each day was excellently organized: we’d start early with a delicious breakfast, continue with the day’s trek, and enjoy a hot lunch upon arriving at the next camp, before taking some time to rest. In the afternoon, we were treated to tea with popcorn, followed by dinner. After dinner, our guide conducted a daily medical check-up to assess how we’d felt during the day, monitor our oxygen saturation, and measure our heart rates. This monitoring, along with the explanations and recommendations we received, gave us a great sense of peace of mind and confidence during the ascent to high altitudes. To end the day, we reviewed the next day’s itinerary, with a detailed briefing on what lay ahead. Thank you, Kwesa Tours, for helping us fulfill one of our dreams and for doing so with such professionalism, dedication, and warmth.   KILIMANJARO Machame Route! It was a unique and unforgettable experience! The service provided by Kwesa Tours was excellent! From the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff to the handling of logistics and meals. A special mention goes to our guide, HAJI! An exceptional person who, with great professionalism and dedication, led and motivated us to reach our long-awaited goal: THE SUMMIT OF KILI! It’s worth noting that it wasn’t just him, but the entire expedition team: support guide, cook, camp assistant, and porters! A whole group of people who, with tremendous effort, kindness, and willingness, were there for us and played a fundamental role in our summit! Every day, our hike began with breakfast, and for the planned stage of the trek, we always had water provided by the team along the way. By the time we finished the stage and reached our destination, our camp was set up and our meal was waiting for us (delicious and varied! Something completely unexpected at that altitude); we had tea and popcorn for an afternoon snack, and by 6 p.m., dinner was ready. After dinner, our guides would come to give us feedback on the completed stage, conduct a health check—measuring our oxygen levels and heart rate—and finally provide a brief overview of what the next stage would entail and the planned schedule. That’s how our day ended, and a restful night’s sleep awaited us. Beyond the team’s professionalism, their humanity and kindness are worth highlighting.
