Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Your adventure kicks off with a 7:00 AM pickup from your Nairobi hotel, and you'll drive across the Athi plains through Masai territory heading toward Amboseli National Park. By lunchtime you'll be settled in and ready for an afternoon game drive. From there, you'll move through the park looking for elephants, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, and buffalo, with Mount Kilimanjaro visible across the landscape. If conditions are right, you might spot leopards too.

Amboseli National Park to Tsavo West National Park
Start early with a morning game drive in Amboseli to see the park's wildlife including elephants, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and lions, all with Kilimanjaro in the background. After breakfast at the lodge, there's an optional visit to a Masai village if you're interested. Later you'll head to Tsavo West National Park, check in, grab lunch, then take an afternoon game drive through the 20,808 sq km park. This area has open plains, savannah, semi-desert, acacia woodlands, and rocky ridges all mixed together.

Tsavo West National Park to Nairobi
After breakfast at your lodge, you head out from Tsavo West National Park and make the drive back to Nairobi. The journey takes most of the morning, and you'll roll into the city by early afternoon. It's a good time to settle back in, grab lunch, and rest up after your time in the park.
