Fez
You'll arrive at Fez Saiss Airport and connect with your guide for the drive to your hotel. After settling in, the day focuses on Fez's history and architecture. Starting with a panoramic tour of Fez El Jadid, you'll see the Jewish Quarter and get a sense of the city's layout from above. Then it's time to walk through the medieval Medina, where narrow streets twist between shops and stalls. The souks fill with vendors selling everything from leather goods to spices, and the sheer density of the place takes some getting used to. Dinner happens back at your guesthouse.
