As the country is so large this tour covers a lot of ground as best as one could possibly do in barely a weeks time. You experience the extreme of the desert at the dunes of Sossusvlei, the Atlantic coast at Swakopmund/Cape Cross and the famous wildlife of Etosha. If you are short on time I highly recommend this tour. While self drive is possible the distances are long and would have left me too exhausted to enjoy the destinations.
