    Travel Support
    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten December 2025

The tour has light to moderate walking, typically 1-3 miles per day. Walking distances are up to 1-3 miles (1.6-4.8 km) with a mix of flat and uneven terrain. Guests should be able to get on and off the coach without assistance. The activity level includes combination of active and passive sightseeing.

The itinerary states Mammoth Mountain is seasonal, can you please let me know if this excursion would be running in october?

    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten June 2023

The Devil's Golf Course and Sand Dunes are not included in this trip; you can book them separately.

    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten June 2023

There will be a bathroom in each room. However, we apologize because we do not know which toilet or washroom will be in each hotel room.

    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten June 2023

You can do 'twin share' if you don't mind sharing a room with someone. A twin-share room accommodates two people in one room. A hotel room with two single beds. We match the same gender for this room.

    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten June 2023

That will depend on the weather at the time. If there is too much snow, then usually we will re-route around it. We will not know that until we get closer to departure.

  • C

    Cindy

    Asked on April 25th, 2022

Are tour prices for individuals, or is there a solo traveler supplement charge?

    Price / Availability
    Single supplement
    • TrafalgarOperatorWritten April 2022

Our prices are based on twin rooms. There is a single supplement. For the 25-Jun-2022 date, there is a $1055 single supplement. Our other option for singles looking to avoid the supplement is booking a twinshare, which is a shared room with another guest of the same gender on the tour.
