Alma and Floyd brilliant. Couldn't fault them at all. The only thing Alma would say if you want better then you have to go with Globus. But Cosmos itself umm When booking, I reviewed each of address reviews of accommodation you supplied for trip. I do this with whoever I travel with (usually 3 star accommodation). So when we ended up in mountaineer lodge and not lake Louise inn I was dreadfully disappointed. As with lake Louise inn we could have walked to lake Louise that evening. Yes you say accommodation can be changed but right up to the last update the accommodation had not change. Until we arrived at mountaineer lodge.Show more
