- JGJulie· September 10th, 2023First two nights in eco lodge was a bit basic the tour guide Robert was excellent. We saw the big five in one day in masie Mara Outstanding! The river trip to lake navasha was great. Samuel was excellent. Saw hippos eagles etc Best hotel was sambura simba lodge was beyond expectations. Only down side was electricity was only available certain times of the day Great holiday and met some great people I. Our three groups as we went for seven days and most did four or three days Peter was one of our guides and was not very accommodating as others to stop for photos and hard on luggage when packing jeepShow more
Trip date: August 2023 - MGMegan· October 25th, 2022All parks were great - we were able to see the big 5 which was great. However, there is poor communication from the agency. Our first two nights’ accommodation were not what was on the itinerary. Our guide for Maasai Mara changed the itinerary so that we were out on a game drive for 11.5 hours but did not communicate this - he told us the night before we would be out until 4 however did not get back until 6:30 pm and then chose not to do the early morning game drive the next day. The company also says they accommodate for vegetarians but this is not true. On our 11.5 hour game drive, we were given a sandwich (which contained meat so we could not eat it) a hard boiled egg and an apple. Everyone else was given all of this plus a piece of chicken. We were starving by the end of it. We were also told that the boat was included, however, found out when we arrived at Lake Naivasha we had to pay $25 each. Despite this, it was still a good trip. Our second guide, Santa was fantastic. He was so knowledgable, friendly and very accommodating. Just be aware when booking that communication from the agency is not great, you need to pay extra for some things and accommodation at most places is not very nice - very rarely had a hot shower and food wasn’t very nice.Show moreTrip date: October 2022

We are satisfied for the tour, hotel and meals. Thank you, our guide George. You are great. For safe, we stayed one more day and received COVID test results on time and even had time for half day sightseeing in Nairobi. Includes 2 nights accommodation in Nairobi on bed and breakfast basis, 6 nights safari accommodation on full board, all park entrance fees, transport, boat ride at Lake Naivasha, bottled water, and pickup/drop off.

The tour as its sold is a group safari to maasai mara and Nakuru and then a private to the amboseli part. I am willing to give you all the safari as a private safari if you only add 25 USD per person.
