  An incredible tour!! We spent 5 days/ 4 nights with Kilimanjaro Tours and saying that this tour and tour guide was excellent from beginning to end is an understatement. Even before arriving in Tanzania, I communicated with them months beforehand and appreciated their openness, professionalism and ability to customize the tour to what I wanted. I spoke to A LOT of companies and they stood out. When they greeted me at the airport, they were so courteous and engaging and I knew I didn't make a mistake. The next couple of days together were amazing. It was just my friend and I but they made sure we were comfortable, took us to local spots, gave us history lessons was willing to make stops along our journey. They arranged transportation, hotel and food and everything was top notch. Our driver throughout the safari knew his way around ---those roads aren't easy! Overall, we had a great time. I am excited to go back one day with more friends and family.Show more

  As a First time Solo traveller this was the most incredible experience i have ever had, i felt so save and was even more amazing than i imagined from start to finish. I cannot thank Shungu enough, he arranged everything from accommodation, meals, flights, transfers and transport. The service was faultless and my Jeep safari tour guide Issa was also incredible, he spent the full time with us and was so friendly and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend. I would advise to do more time in Serengeti this was by far the most amazing day!Show more

  Serengeti /creator tour unbelievable knowledge of the Serengeti and where to find all the animals we got to see all the top 5 and so many more tent accommodation was quite good tents all done for you meals quite satisfactory so picturesque once in a lifetime experience up close and personal with all the animals our safety was never a concern a big thank you to shungu for arranging everything and his accommodations in Moshi very comfortable with all the basic amenities hot showers and European toilets etc and very reasonably priced Barry from Melbourne AustraliaShow more

  We booked a 6-day safari in Tanzania with Kilimanjaro Safari Experience and had an amazing experience. Every aspect of the safari greatly exceeded our expectations. Our first camp was TWC in CENTRAL Serengeti. One of the best parts of our trip was our guide, Herman he was a great driver, a naturalist who could use the common name and scientific binomial of large fauna as well as the smaller species and birds, a botanist, geologist, and a historian. Beyond all of that, he was amazingly eagle-eyed, spotting a rhino in a dense forest by just a flick of an ear from 70-80 yards away--while driving! Amazing! All of this, and he was great company as well. Our trip also included central Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater NCA, Tarangire, and Arusha National Park. We saw a wide variety of habitats, but, truthfully, 5 or 6 days would have been almost as amazing. We saw the big 5 and much more. We didn't go specifically for the wildebeest crossing. If it didn't happen, we would have been fine with it, but it was far more intense than we could have ever imagined. The timing and quality of the transportation was spot-on as well. All in all, it was a perfect journey!Show more
