Arrival and departure always went smoothly and the overall organization was excellent. What disappointed me a little, however, was that Anirudh was not present in every hotel after check-in. This sometimes made it difficult to find an exchange or discuss certain issues over dinner. This was a shame as we really appreciated the personal contact. Despite this small drawback, Anirudh was the main reason why we decided to travel to India again. His professionalism, his passion for the country and his commitment to the travelers made this trip an unforgettable experience.
