Unfortunately we do not operate the CTC12 tour in the opposite direction,. All tours run from Durban to Cape Town.

Is it possible to join this tour as a 17 year old, accompanied by a 18 year old?

Unfortunately 17years old are not accepted on tour. The Adventure Tours are only for ages +18years.

Need a bus/coach tour from Durban to Cape Town. Include Drakensberg and Garden Route. Departure from Durban can be Mar 28, 2024 approximately. Do you have a 10-14 day tour? Drop off in Cape Town?

We offer a 12-day tour from Durban to Cape Town, but it has scheduled departure dates. Scheduled Tour Dates: 17 March - 28 March ; 28 April - 09 May.

Is there a single-room option on the 12-day Durban, Lesotho & Cape Town (Accommodated) tour?

This tour is sold on a sharing-basis. We do not offer single supplements. Solo travellers will share a twin-bed room with a fellow solo passenger of the same gender.

Can I pay a single supplement? It's a long way between Durban and Cape Town - how much time on the road each day?

I want to see photos and descriptions of all accommodations

Accommodation on tour is 'tourist class' - twin share rooms in small mostly independently owned properties with most rooms ensuite.

All our Adventure tours are sold on a sharing bases. We do not offer single supplements. You will share a twin-bed room/chalet/pre-erected tent where applicable with a fellow solo (same sex) passenger.

  We do not fit in the age range for your tours, we have two 17 year olds, a 21,19,and 19 year old. Plus 3 adults in 45-53. I understand we can't go on your 18-39 year tours but those are the itineraries that we really like. All 8 of us are interested in a very active trip. Is there a way to work this out?

  Acacia's Adventure Tours were designed for those aged principally between 18 and 40 and the majority of clients fall within that age group. However the upper age is a guideline, not a rule. That said, the minimum age is 18. Furthermore, we do not offer departures for the 12-day Durban, Lesotho & Cape Town in December months.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Acacia Adventure Holidays. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 61 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Acacia Adventure Holidays will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
