Mina· February 23rd, 2025Cappadocia's magic lived up to our expectations, and this tour delivered. Excellent communication from booking to transfers kept us informed throughout. While the hot air balloon cancellation was disappointing (understandably beyond anyone's control), the tour itself showcased Cappadocia's winter beauty wonderfully. Our guide's passion for the region's history shone through in his engaging storytelling. The cave hotel was exceptional: a spacious, comfortable triple room with enchanting lighting, and a luxurious bathroom featuring a heated floor and bathtub – perfect for relaxing after our journey. Though the hotel involves some rocky stairs (assisted by a lift), the staff were incredibly helpful with luggage, both on arrival and departure. The 4 AM pickup was early, but the included in-flight snacks were a nice touch. Plus, the generous 25kg checked luggage allowance was a definite plus for our longer trip. - LCLee-Ann· August 30th, 2022Overall good but a couple of things we were supposed to get but didn't ie breakfast at the hotel on the first morning before tour started and also no one to take us to hotel when tour ended - hotel was very close to airport but we arrived late at night so no idea where to go , had to wait almost an hour for shuttle, did end up walking back to airport the next morning but would not have been good at night as no lighting and muddy path.
