We would like to take the balloon ride the morning of April 5. Is that available for 2 people? How do I add it to my reservation?

Hot air baloon can be arranged as an extra. The price is 250 USD per person including pick up and drop off. As all flights are at sunrise, it will not affect your tour schedule. If you want, we may add after your reservation, if it is cancelled because of the weather, it will be refunded to you

Does this tour have guides with us and what do you mean by partial? What time of the flight you recommend so that we can have the whole day 1 tour? Will the pick up and transfer work if we're staying at a hotel nearby old city, near blue mosque?

By partial guide service, we mean that the guide will not travel with you on the flights, and there will be no assistant service at the airport. Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport. The guide will be with you for two full days. He/she will meet you in the hotel lobby each morning and drop you back at your hotel at the end of the tour each day. For your return, we will be happy to drop you off at your hotel in the Old City or other areas of Istanbul.

I would like to book the tour but can't see the hot air balloon ride as an option to book with this tour. How is it included?

The hot air balloon flight can be added as an optional extra after your reservation , and we would be happy to arrange the reservation for you if you wish. As all flights take place at sunrise, this activity will not affect your tour schedule. The hot air balloon price is EUR 300 per person for October, including hotel pick-up and drop-off. Please note that the activity is restricted for children under 6 years old. You are also welcome to make the reservation on your own, or we can handle it on your behalf.

Do I need to make my air-flight arrangements as well or is it included with the tour? Since I am going to be in Istanbul and be picked up at my hotel and taken to the airport, I still need to make my flight arrangements? If I have to do that, were there be a flight hour available that connects with my tour that has been arranged and paid for? I'm a little confused! How do I know which is the correct flight for me and for my Cappadocia tour?

There is an early flight from Istanbul Airport to Kayseri Airport at 06:35 AM on April 8th. If you arrive at Istanbul Airport at 4:00 AM, you should be able to catch the flight and join the tour.

How do I get the price for gold package and what is the price for hot air balloon

Silver&Gold Package: The tour has 2 different hotel categories and prices: Silver and Gold packages. You can choose package options on the Platform when making a reservation. Otherwise, you can make a reservation through the silver package since the package calculated based on Silver Packages Hotel and you can contact our team for Gold Package upgrade after booking. Silver Package Hotels: Cappadocia: Melekler Evi Cave or Similar. Gold Package Hotels: Cappadocia: Dere Suites or Similar. The package can be upgraded to the Gold at the additional cost of +40 USD per person in a double room. Hot Air Balloon flight can be added to the itinerary at the additional cost of 250 USD per person included pick up and drop off. Flights take place early in the morning and do not affect to the standard schedule.

Here is the list of the sites that has a entry fee: -Goreme Open Air Museum: 25 EUR -Pasabag: 13 EUR -Kaymakli Underground City: 13 EUR. The price of the balloon flights are 120 USD per person (for Feb). 3 separate beds available in the room for triple room reservation.

Pick up time will be 4:30am from your Hotel in Istanbul since flight departure time is 7:30am to kayseri (Cappadocia). The standard flight we use for this service is; Pegasus, which departs from Kayseri at 20:10 and arrives in SAW at 20:40. BUT, we can use Turkish Airlines, which departs from Kayseri at 18:20 and arrives in IST AP at 20:00.

Cappadocia's magic lived up to our expectations, and this tour delivered. Excellent communication from booking to transfers kept us informed throughout. While the hot air balloon cancellation was disappointing (understandably beyond anyone's control), the tour itself showcased Cappadocia's winter beauty wonderfully. Our guide's passion for the region's history shone through in his engaging storytelling. The cave hotel was exceptional: a spacious, comfortable triple room with enchanting lighting, and a luxurious bathroom featuring a heated floor and bathtub – perfect for relaxing after our journey. Though the hotel involves some rocky stairs (assisted by a lift), the staff were incredibly helpful with luggage, both on arrival and departure. The 4 AM pickup was early, but the included in-flight snacks were a nice touch. Plus, the generous 25kg checked luggage allowance was a definite plus for our longer trip. Highly recommended!Show more

The hot air balloon flight can be arranged as an optional extra after your reservation is confirmed. The price is EUR 250 per person for April, including hotel pick-up and drop-off. As all balloon flights take place at sunrise, this activity will not affect your flight schedule. You are also free to make the reservation on your own, or we can arrange it on your behalf. If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, the payment will be fully refunded.
