I hope you're well! I've managed to convince 2 friends to hike to EBC in late May and loved the look of your website. Before I chat with them further, I wanted to ask a few questions. We are 23 year old English/Scottish blokes who are all active, but have little mountaineering experience outside of the UK. Are there any 12 to 13 day treks departing in mid-late May? Would you recommend your company for people our age? How many people are typically in a trekking group? What is the total cost of the trek? What gear do I need to bring, and do you offer any rental options? Since two of us need to book time off work, how likely are delays due to weather, particularly with Lukla flights? Do we need special travel insurance, and if so, what coverage do you recommend?

This 12 days trek departing on everyday you can choose any date that's fine. We accept all age people like 10 years to till 70 years if you wanted to join a group same like your we will manage. Normally 6-10 people in a group. The total trip cost usd 1290.00 per person. Down jacket, sleeping bag and walking poles are provided rest of things you can bring with you. Sometimes 1 or 2 days delayed better to have at least 2 reserve days. Yes need to have 6000 meters coverage insurance for you best insurance is snow card travel insurance with adventure pack.

Despite it being the monsoon season, the trek was absolutely incredible — lush landscapes, refreshing air, and surprisingly clear views on several days! Our guide, Pemba, was outstanding. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but also kind, patient, and very attentive to our needs throughout the journey. He kept the mood positive, shared stories and insights about the region, and always made sure we felt safe and comfortable. One of the biggest surprises was catching some breathtaking views of the mountains, even during this rainy season. On clear days, the scenes were magical — like something out of a dream. The whole experience was well-organized from start to finish, and the support from the Sherpa Expeditions team was top-notch. Thank you to Pemba and the entire team for making this trek so memorable. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
