Yes, solo travelers can join a group trek. Cost ranges between $1450 - $2350 for group trek, $2550-$3100 for private trek. You can book in advance. Includes: accommodation in Kathmandu, teahouse lodging, domestic flights, trekking guide, permits, national park fees, land transportation. Not included: personal expenses, porter service, travel insurance, international flights, personal gear, tips, entrance fees, emergency evacuation.

Looking for a group departing on 15th of october for the three passes trek that we can join. Is there a group leaving on that date? And what will the costs be?

We do not have a group departure scheduled for October 15, 2025. However, we can organize a private trek for you. A private tour allows for more flexibility and a personalized experience, and we would be glad to tailor the itinerary to suit your preferences.

What is the expected cost of the meals and any other extras?

During the trek, meals are slightly more expensive due to the remote location. Breakfast generally costs around USD 10, lunch between USD 10-15, and dinner around USD 15. Prices tend to increase the higher you go, but these are approximate estimates. For those who stick to vegetarian meals and traditional Nepali dishes like rice, lentils (dal), and vegetables, costs can be much lower. Beverages like beer, whisky, and wine are comparatively more expensive.

May I know If the three passes trek is available in December for Gokyo?

About 3 passes trek, most of the time is possible to manage but some time hard hit winter - then is tough. Normally is possible to make pass. Renjola and chola is normally fine but kongmala is little tough.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Asian Heritage Treks & Expeditions. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Asian Heritage Treks & Expeditions will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
