Asian Heritage Treks & Expeditions

Dear Stephane, Namaste & Greetings from Asian Heritage!! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your tour experience. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour itinerary very good. However, we are a little surprised by getting the overall rating of 3 out of 5, particularly regarding the accommodation arrangements. We would like to clarify that the hotels and accommodation categories are clearly mentioned in the tour itinerary before you made a booking; So that our every clients have a clear understanding of the type and standard of accommodation that may be operated for the program before making their booking. In your case, we also upgraded your accommodation in Pokhara from Hotel Crystal Palace to Pokhara Hotel Batika at no additional cost to you. We always try our best to provide the best possible experience and, whenever possible, offer improvements or upgrades without charging our guests extra. Regarding the guides, we are sorry to hear that you felt some of them were impersonal. We truly value this feedback and will share it with our team so that we can improve the level of personal interaction, warmth, and hospitality provided to our guests. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. Warm Regards Asian Heritage Team
