I am interested in taking the Kathmandu Sightseeing with Nagarkot Tour, arriving in Kathmandu on the afternoon of Saturday October 7. I am travelling alone. I am wanting a smaller sized tour (having experienced a tour of 30+ travellers and finding that difficult) so would like to know how many would be on this tour. Also, as I am solo, would that change my accomodation?

  If the other person can't go, will the money I pay for them help me settle my entire account? Are drones allowed to take pics and videos?

  If the other person is unable to attend, the payment can be applied toward your own balance. Drones are allowed but you need to get permission from the district headquarters and submit a proposal mentioning the purpose. You must follow local rules and regulations for safe and respectful drone usage.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Asian Heritage Treks & Expeditions. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Asian Heritage Treks & Expeditions will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
