      I am now ready to book the tour but when I try process the order it does not let me book it separately. It says Accommodation needs 2 travellers or else I can say I'm travelling with a friend who is booking separately but that gives me a message that somethings gone wrong. what should I do?

      I was able to book it by saying I am booking with a friend but I just put the friends name as "I was told I can go solo" as obviously I want to go alone. it now says waiting for confirmation thank you very much for your help

Unfortunately, we do not have a group leaving on your preferred so the option for group travel on that date is not available right now. However, we can arrange a solo trip for you with single supplementary charges, which also covers the included accommodations in our tour package.

      During the tour, you will be responsible for carrying your own bags and personal belongings. If you prefer not to carry your luggage, you have the option to hire a porter service. Each porter can carry up to 18kg of weight, which can be shared between two people. The porter service is available at a cost of $25 per day.

      The weather in the Langtang Valley and Tamang Heritage Trek during December can be quite cold, varying depending on the altitude and the prevailing weather conditions. Nights and early mornings can experience significant drops in temperature, ranging from -5°C to 5°C.

      Hot showers are available during the trek. However, please note that you will have access to hot water from heated buckets, and there will be an extra charge for this service.

      Regarding your Visa, Russian nationals have two options for obtaining a visa to Nepal. You can either obtain a visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu or choose the online visa application process.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before October 6th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Asian Heritage Treks & Expeditions. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
