    My 80 year old mother in law is not able to walk for long distances but is still very capable of looking after herself. Would this tour be suitable for her? Also, she will already be in Amsterdam, would it be possible for her to join the tour from there?

      The activity level for this tour is Dynamic, which includes cumulative daily walking of 3–6 miles (5–10 km) on some days. You may encounter steep hills, cobblestones, and stairs, as well as 1 to 5 hours of standing each day. The sightseeing style is Active, involving both walking and standing. Guests should be able to get on and off the coach frequently without assistance and carry their own luggage when required (such as at train stations or ferries). Expect frequent early morning starts to maximize sightseeing, along with regular evening activities.

      This tour includes travel by Eurostar from London to Brussels and a coach journey from Brussels to Amsterdam on the first day of the tour.

      If guest wishes to join in Amsterdam, that is possible. Please be advised that this will not affect the trip price, as we do not process refunds for any missed parts of the itinerary. You will still be required to pay the full trip price.

    Is there any touring/sightseeing in Brussels or just going from train to bus for Amsterdam? And what about touring in London? Can you arrange/refer/ or book tour in London and out to Stonehenge/ Cotswold, etc. or would I have to arrange this myself? And do you offer any deals on arranging flights to London and back?

      In Brussels, the itinerary does not include sightseeing; the stop is primarily a transfer point en route to Amsterdam. In London, the tour concludes there but sightseeing within London and excursions to places such as Stonehenge or the Cotswolds are not part of the package. These would need to be arranged independently. Regarding flights to and from London, these are not included in the tour package. We don't currently offer flight deals, so you would need to arrange these separately.

    What is the average age of this tour? My wife and I are 70 and wonder if we'll keep up! What luggage is able to be taken? Is this a back pack tour?

      Age bracket: 77+ = 3%, 58-76 = 36%, 42-57 = 26%, 26-41 = 30%, 18-25 = 5%. A single bag is allowed with dimensions not exceeding 30"x18"x10" (76x46x25cm) and weight not exceeding 50lbs. (23kg). Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person, not exceeding 12"x11"x6" (30x28x14cm) to fit under the coach seat or in the small overhead compartment.
