We will not have any issue with age as far as your are fit to participate on trek.

How will we reach the starting point of the trek?

All transfers from Kathmandu to the trek start point will be organized by our team and included in your package.

Are crampons necessary for the trek?

Crampons are required during the month of November, while ice axes are not needed.

What is the recommended packing list for the trek?

You should bring a pair of hiking boots, a down jacket, and several pairs of trekking pants, along with personal toiletries and a first aid kit.

What is the back up plan if flights are cancelled at the start of the trip? Are all meals included in this price?

If due to weather conditions flight is canceled we will wait day after tomorrow or choose the alternative option helicopters ride to Kathmandu to lukla. During the trekking breakfasts, lunch and dinner is included.

I'd really like to join this trek but only arrive in Kathmandu on Friday 7th March but need to be in Pokhara on the 24th March (evening is fine) - would this be possible if I did not join the sightseeing in Kathmandu and flew from Lukla to Pokhara at the end of the trek?

Yes you can join us on trek without sightseeing day in DAY-2 and at end Lukla- Kathmandu and connect flight to Pokhara will cost you USD 120 extra for Pokhara-Kathmandu. Note: the Lukla flight is always depends on the Weather.

The Everest High Passes trek with Nepal Social Trek and Expedition was phenomenal. Over the 15-day trek, our group of three forged lasting friendships with our guide, Achut Pandey, and porters who went the extra mile in everything they did to make our journey culturally rewarding and successful. While not for the faint-of-heart, this route offered views of the Himalayas, cultural experiences and mental and physical challenges that can't be found on the more heavily trafficked routes to Everest Base Camp. We were the only people on the trail for most of the trek. Nepal Social Trek and Expedition, Basu Panday, and Woodapple Hotel and Spa handled the organization and details of our trek flawlessly, including two days of touring in Kathmandu.
