Providing a great experience and ensuring customer satisfaction are always our top priorities. Regarding your tour, we have confirmed that the hotel accommodations and itinerary were provided exactly as booked. However, we sincerely apologize for the behavior of the guide in Tibet that did not meet your expectations or our standards. We would like to clarify that due to the regulations set by the local government in Tibet, our company is obligated to use locally assigned guides for all tours in the region. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Concerning the money that was requested, there was a misunderstanding which was resolved immediately. The amount in question was for the one-way train ticket from Beijing to Lhasa, which we arranged on your behalf at a cost of 590 USD. The guide mistakenly understood this to be for a round-trip, which was not the case. We are sorry for any confusion this caused and can confirm the issue was settled as soon as it was brought to our attention. Thank you again for your understanding.
