What meals are included? I am not physically fit and want to know if I can participate in the hikes and treks on this tour.

What time are we meeting in Kathmandu on 31 December to start the tour? And what time are we finishing on 10th of January to book my flight back to Sydney?

I can share room with another passenger, do u have accomodation like that, its expensive for me as a single person.

I am concerned about the monsoon season in Nepal during this time of year, but my travel dates are limited to late June/early July. How will your tour accommodate the rain, or do you think it will not be a big issue?

during the monsoon the tour will run and won't affect, However you will get some rain during the tour.

If I came alone, I spend my tour sole? Or with other people? Do you have other dates? I need to go at 1 Mai and finish at 13 Mai.

If you want do solo we will do for you. Yes we have group on 2, 7, 9, 13, 17 may you can join any dates. If you want to join on 1st may you can book this trip.

What meals are included in the tour package?

Full board meals are provided during trekking days, and meals during the rafting and two-night stay in Chitwan are also included. Other days, recommendations for local dining can be provided.

Is it possible to request a room arrangement with two beds?

Yes, we can arrange a room with two beds instead of a double if that is your preference.

I was the only person on this tour, and I really enjoyed it. Everything went as planned--and better. Basu helped me modify the schedule, and I was able to visit a few places that were not part of the original plan. The driver was excellent, and tour guides in each city were friendly and knowledgeable, willing to help and educate. Hotels were good; and the tea house that I stayed in was a good experience as well. Food was fresh and delicious; people nice. I will highly recommend the trip and the tour company.Show more

I organised the trip quite last minute but after getting a fast response on my questions everything could be arranged. The trip itself was amazing. From the sunrise in the mountains, to the river rafting and the safari in the national park, everything was arranged beautifully. Due to some cancellations I happened to do the trip by myself but even so it just went on. I had some personal problems along the way and Basu went out of his way to help me. I can't thank him enough for the great and I would recommend it to anyone!Show more

- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Nepal Social Treks. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Nepal Social Treks will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Nepal Social Treks" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
