Unfortunately the minimum age on our Family Tours is 6 & 7 years old.

Can I join this tour? Is there an option to pay in instalment?

Unfortunately this is in our 18-Thirtysomething travel style, which has an upper age limit of 39. However, we have the exact same tour that is open to all ages called - Kenya and Tanzania Overland Safari. Depending how far in advance you are booking, you can pay a deposit to confirm and then pay the balance by the due date.

What type of border crossing will be used to transition into Tanzania?

The border crossing is called Namanga.

Is a single supplement option available?

We do not offer a single supplement for this tour, all accommodations will be a mix of twin share or multi-share.

What is the age range for this tour? I am 44 years old.

This trip is only available for travellers 18-39 years old

What should I do if I can't log into my Good to Go form?

Ensure your details such as date of birth and nationality match those provided during booking.

Will the items be provided or do I need to pack a tent and supplies with me?

For our camping style tours you will need to provide your own sleeping bag. We provide the tent and the sleeping pads, pillow, and light sleeping sheet.

Can we share an airport transfer if we have different flights?

You can share a transfer, but if your friend is flying at 11am then the group won't be back in time for her. She can either change her flight or make her way back to the airport independently.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 31st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 31st, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
