It was intense! It was magical! It was at times, humbling! It was extraordinary! It was exhilarating! This trip lived up to and I'm delighted to say, actually passed my expectations. Great guides, knowledgeable people who brought the trip to life. Pyramids, Sphinx, Grand Museum, cruising the Nile, temples galore - there was so much to take in. At times the days were very long and it was tiring to have so many back to back events.... so be prepared to be tired.

Well paced. We were well looked after by Ahmed from start to finish. Also some of us came down with a stomach bug and Ahmed made sure we got any meds we needed. It's always difficult to keep a large group together and Ahmed did this well. I enjoyed all the information and links between the various sights and locations.

Wonderful, fast paced tour that covers all the sites and our tour guide Ahmed Elkallaf was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and always willing to engage and help. Kharnak and Abu Simbel were the highlights for me. Our ship, the JAZ Crown Emperor was excellent, except the mattress was too hard for me. I’m sure it would be just right for others. All in all, worth every penny and more. I highly recommend Ahmed and Noubelle Tours!

What are the qualities of an excellent tour guide - knowledgeable, attention to detail, goes the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great time, caring, polite, respectful, great listener, problem solver, perceptive, has an obvious passion for their job and the history and culture of their area. Ashref has all of these qualities and more. He made us feel welcomed from the first moment. I feel like I have a much better understanding of the history and culture of Egypt. Ashref's enthusiasm was infectious and he made every adventure fun and exciting. Ashref took great care of us making sure every detail was taken care of. We always felt safe, informed and Ashraf communicated all the necessary information as we needed it. Ashref also went the extra mile taking us to markets for special items and recommending places to eat or see when we had free time. As well, Abdoul was such a knowledgeable guide. He made sure we saw the most important artifacts, gave excellent indepth explanations and made ancient Egypt come alive for us. His passion for his history and culture was evident.

How much is 2 additional days for this tour? 1 PRE and 1 POST? If someone selects the post-tour additional day...does this still include the shuttle to the airport?

    Asked on October 6th, 2025

How many people are usually in this group? How much are the entrance fees for all sites? Would we be able to add extra activities on the departing day if our flight is late in the evening? What are the rooms like on the Nile cruise - do they have balconies or windows? Can we request a preferred spot on the boat?

Our groups are between 15 - 25 travelers. We can arrange an optional tour on the last day of the tour. The cruise is a 5 Star Standard Nile cruise. All cabins have a private bathroom, air-conditioned and have a large panoramic window. If you want to upgrade to a cabin with a balcony, that will cost extra fees. Entrance fees are approximately between $125 and $165 USD per person.
