Cost includes: 6 nights mountain accommodation, 3 meals each day during trekking, one experienced English Speaking guide, 3 porters to carry bags, all necessary permits, local bus transfer from Kathmandu to Kathmandu. The total cost will be US$ 398 per person x 5 Person = US$ 1990.

This trek is known for being a moderate trek, do not worry you do not need any special training however you do need to be able to walk about 5/6 hours a day.

The Langtang Valley Trek can be done at any month of the year, however, it is recommended to do the trek between September and June. Generally, from June onwards it is Monsoon season which can bring lots of rain showers and unpredictable weather.

A general headache and cough can be very normal in the mountain due to the colder weather and higher altitude however if you are unsure or feel really unwell make sure you let a representative know and they will guide you down to a lower altitude.

It is hard to define when or who will get altitude sickness whilst completing a trek as altitude sickness is very unpredictable and can affect even the fittest of people. However, it is important to note that around 99% of trekkers can do the Langtang Valley Trek without problems. Do not worry if you do begin to feel unwell just make sure you let a representative know so the appropriate steps can be taken to get you back to yourself in no time.
