  I had an amazing, memorable, and fantastic experience! Our guide was wonderful- we felt safe all the way up and down, he was knowledgeable and was telling us stories along the way, and anything we needed he was able to provide. The trek and experience to Base Camp is just once in a lifetime! I’d recommend it anyone with adventurous spirit! And staying overnight at EBC is totally worth it! Would go again with Icicles!   The trek to Everest Base Camp with Icicles was an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfectly organized and our guide, Shiva, did an amazing job. We listened to his advice and never experienced any problems related to altitude. If you are looking for an experienced and professional tour operator, do not look any further. I would strongly recommend Icicles and I would choose them again for any other trips in the future.Show more

Everyone spoke very good English and were extremely friendly and hospital! Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone of any ability.   If you are looking for a friendly, trustworthy, good value trekking company for your trip to the Himalayas, then look no further than Icicles Adventures. When I started my search for a trekking company to help with my son and I’s ‘once in a lifetime’ trip to EBC, I was shocked at how many there were! I contacted a couple and immediately got a good feeling from Icicles. They were prompt with their responses and offered a quality itinerary. This included all airport transfers which was great after a tiring journey. It also included a thorough preparation meeting with Hari and Indira in their Kathmandu office the day before the trek. The real star for us was our Icicles guide ‘Shiva’ with who we established an immediate rapport and who made our trek a real joy. Shiva had great experience and knowledge of the area. He also seemed to know everyone! We always had good places to stay and his attentiveness to our wellbeing and acclimatisation meant that we were able to achieve all our aspirations from the trek. Perhaps most telling was the many comments we received from other trekkers about how lucky we were to have such a great guide! I really cannot speak highly enough of this company. We were made to feel part of their family and would not hesitate in using them again.Show more

  We arrived in Kathmandu on the 30th November 2018, and completed the express Everest base camp trek early December. From being picked up at the airport, to the fantastic accommodation at Kathmandu Suite Home in Thamel, we were very well looked after. Arranging the trek with Indira and Hari was urprisingly easy from the other side of the world. Our guide Lok, was great, as were our two porters. Friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Nepal is and amazing country, and I would recommend Icicles to anyone wanting a once in a lifetime trek to EverestShow more

  We had an absolutely wonderful time with these guys back in March. Icicles Adventure Treks & Tours is run by an experienced lady, which I think is a reason to consider plus professional guides & operation team makes the trip operation smooth. We did Everest Base Camp Trek with them and a day tour in Kathmandu. Our trekking guide, Lok is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional as well. So it was an actual honor to be with such amazing people, who provide great service, experienced guides and don’t hesitate to go extra mile for our satisfaction. We will definitely go back so we would thoroughly recommend going with them!Show more
