  Pasang is just such a nice person with over 20 years of mountaineering experience. He was always punctual, made sure all my needs are met. We made lots of changes to the itinerary according to my requests and he was always super helpful. He gave me lots of local insight that I would not otherwise have had. Pemba as Sherpa was awesome as well. Make sure to tip him well as life in the mountains is really hard. I would come back anytime can recommend for sureShow more

  The trek was wonderful (but tough!) and I loved my guide Nima who has 20 years of experience in trekking Himalaya’s. He was very kind and protective, would stop whenever I was exhausted. Whatever I needed he would help me with (find an iphone charger, ask for extra blanket for me, etc.) and he was very kind to answer my tons of questions about the culture :) Really grateful for Nima’s help, especially that I was travelling solo! What an amazing experience! The Mount Adventure Holidays company is very well organized and helpful. The hotels they put you in before and after the trek are quite nice too. Thank you Nima and Pasang! PS. Tip your guides and porters well - they work so hard to make sure you have an amazing experience :)Show more

  Avoid this tour company: poor planning, lack of communication and rude tour operator. On the day of arrival, I still hadnt been told where or when I was supposed to meet. I was given a different printed guide on arrival, one that does not include many of the things stated (no snacks, tea, equipment, some accom). The company did not care that I had a dairy allergy, and I was told that I would have to sort myself out if I wanted a dairy-free meal, and didnt bother to even tell the guide. The food was insufficient, even for a small female. I was expected to pay for things said to be included, even told by the guide I had to pay for his tea at a hotel. My guide during the trek walked so far ahead of me that I couldnt see him at times, and spent most of his time with earphones in & talking on his phone. The guide also told me the program was wrong and told me that we would not go to hotel everest view, instead walk down a day early, and skipping the advertised highlight. On night 6 I was taken and checked into a hotel of the companys choosing, and then later told I had to pay for the accomodation, as the first and last night were not included, only the 4 nights accom on the trek. As a solo female traveller, I felt unsafe in the hands of this highly unprofessional company.Show more

  Thanks to Pasang (organiser) and guide (Nuru), I had a fantastic Everest Panorama Trek. Pasang picked me up from airport (KTM) and when I decided that I did not want to catch a 5-hour bus ride @ 3am to Manthali Airport (RHP) in Ramechhap due to runway maintenance at KTM airport, Pasang help to organise a helicopter flight instead from KTM airport to Lukla. On my return trip to KTM, Pasang took me to a lovely organic farm/restaurant to try the delicious local organic products in Nepal. Nuru is a patient and fantastic guide. As a first time hiker and being the slowest in the group, Nuru was always one step behind on my right, never in a hurry. On a couple of occasions when I was trying to climb past some large boulders, I slipped and nearly fell backwards but Nuru got my back and prevented me from injury. When I felt ill from mountain sickness, Nuru took me to the pharmacist and checked up regularly on me. I would definitely recommend Mount Adventure especially Nuru as guide, for any hiking trip/adventure in NepalShow more

  Overall, this trip/trek was fantastic! Pasang, of Mount Holiday Adventures, is a fantastic guide and organizer. He made sure that we really enjoyed our trip and trek. He picked us up at the airport with a Nepalese welcome and made sure we liked out accommodation before departing. He then pick us up at the hotel the next morning, providing sleeping bags and jackets, and made sure we got checked in to our flight to Lukla. On return, he picked us up and treated us to dinner, prepared by his lovely wife, at his home. The next day, he toured us around Kathmandu and made sure we got to see all that we wanted. He then accompanied us to the airport on our final day. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. And spending time with his family was great. Also, he was in constant contact with out guide, Nuru, while we were on the trek- making sure we were doing ok and changed the itinerary to fit our needs. We had a guide and a porter while on the trek. Both were great and spoke relatively good English, the guide more so than the Porter. The guide, Nuru, was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed along the way. He was very professional, approachable, motivating, and accommodating throughout the trek. Pasan, the porter, is super strong and took great care of our belongings (and has great dance moves). I would say that this trek is not for beginners, some parts are even more intermediate to hard (especially the trek from Phakding to Namche). Some things I wish I had known before the trek: food options and drink options are limited in the tea houses but taste great- also only one cup of tea or coffee is provided in the price; there is NO HEAT in any of the tea houses, bring layers and fill water bottles with boiling water to put in your sleeping bag; everything is chargeable in Nepal (especially on the trail, where it is more expensive than in Kathmandu)- it will cost you to take a hot shower, to have a towel after your shower, to charge your devices, to fill your bottle with boiling water, etc- make sure you have plenty of cash Nepalese Rupee; You will want to take advantage of the porter for hire; Helicopters back to Lukla (should you chose to fly back to Lukla instead of trek) are EXPENSIVE- 900 USD for a 10 minute ride; the original itinerary is a little unrealistic around day 4 or 5- to trek from Namche all the way back to Lukla in one day would be near impossible unless you are really experienced in trekking and in amazing physical condition- however, the itinerary can be changed by the guides to suit your needs; the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla is quite bumpy, as you are flying through the mountains; bring toilet paper, as there are hardly any western toilets along the trek; I should have prepared myself a bit more physically. Overall, I would do this trek again- maybe EBC next time- with the same people and company. The experience was one that I will never forget! If you are thinking about this trek, and are relatively adventurous and fit, go for it, you will not regret the experience. Bravo to Mount Adventure Holidays, TourRadar, Pasang, Nuru, and Pasan for a trip well planned and executed! Should I return to Nepal I will definitely use Mount Adventure Holidays to plan and meet my needs. And TourRadar will be my first option when planning future adventures.Show more

  Awesome tour seeing lot amazing stuff, nice people, all colorful. Plus Pasang (the owner, no guide) is a true kind person ready to help you in every situation. I felt bad in middle tour, I've got nasty flu and I was super sick but Pasang booked the return flight from lukla to kathamandu early taking me to get some medicines and hosting me into his home.He gave me also infinite local product to bring them in my house... Thanks Pasang, I'll see you in a sunny day Show more
