  From the time we landed in Cairo to leaving from Amman, every detail was taken care of. A rep was waiting for us as we landed, he had visas waiting for us. The process went smoothly and we were then introduced to your driver and another person who accompanied us to the hotel. Check in was smooth, hotel was four star and rooms were clean and spacious. Our tour guide Sam and the drivers were all exceptional. Our flight to Amman and landing at the airport went smoothly. A rep was waiting for us and assist us with visas and passport control. Our Driver Muhammad was excellent and provided a great deal of information for us. We were transferd to the airport in a timely fashion and look forward to touring with Sun Pyramids again. Thank you for a wonderful time visiting your country and Jordan.Show more

  The tour was not as advertised. Egypt has too many tour guides: Eman, Mohammad, Nawgan... they are in a hurry and I was not a priority to them. When lunch was shown on the itinerary as provided, it was not. In Egypt I was only taken to some of the locations and when dropped there I was overwhelmed with peddlers and beggars to the point of questioning my safety. In Egypt, the various tour guides ran through their rote scripts to be done as fast as possible, they are not passionate about their country. IN Egypt the cars smelled bad, and often the driver would listen to loud sounds. In Egypt I took an option for 50 to see a light show but afterwards I found out it only cost 16, which made me question all the other expenses. Waking me from a sound sleep which was hard to accomplish given the biting bugs, well, I need my sleep and breakfast. To say the term "after breakfast" in the itinerary is a lie since the timing was planned to eat breakfast in the car from a bag. After Egypt I felt like this is a money pit and I should just go home but went on to Jordan anyway because this is my only vacation and most of it is already on my charge card. In Jordan there is one guide, he loves his country and proud to share it! I felt safe in Jordan, Khalid also took me places beyond the itinerary to include food tastings that are exclusive to Jordan. The one guide in Jordan, Khalid, never rushed me, always answered my questions. He explained some of the local music and we found a Jordan musician on his phone that played Jordan music that I liked, kinda like soft rock but with a Jordan flair. I knew it was a lot of driving, especially to Petra, so he wanted music, he easily compromised to the kind that wouldn't give me a headache. Khalid made me feel heard and respected.Show more
