  You'd apply for the Kenya ETA in advance and online, there is still time yes. The Tanzania visa is processed at the border, same as the Malawi and Zimbabwe visas. For Mozambique, it wil be done enroute. bring 3 recent colour passport photos along with you and have digital copies of your passport and a passport photo in case they are required for your application.
