  When we arrive in Amsterdam can we stop our trip here, as I have another tour beginning in Amsterdam. If so will you take away money from that one day expense.

  We return from our cruise the morning of June 23 in Civitavecchia. We could transfer to Rome upon debarkation. What time would we have to meet up with the group for the Venice transfer?

    The group meets in Rome at 7:30 AM, where the tour officially begins. After that, you will travel with the group to Venice, with arrival expected around 3:30 PM that same day.
    
    We do not offer alternative pick-up or transfer points before the official meeting location, so all travellers must join the group in Rome at 7:30 AM to start the tour or catch up with the group.

  Do I have to book a hotel for first day if so, how I book it in start place and end place? I am guessing you do not book start hotel or end hotel. What happens if I choose private room and one is not available? Are all extras paid in cash to tour guide?

    For this tour:
    
    Pre- and post-tour accommodation: We do not arrange hotels before the tour starts or after it ends. Travellers are responsible for booking any accommodation in the start or end city.
    
    Provisional hotel details: Approximately 3 months prior to departure, we provide a provisional hotel list. Please note that this is subject to change, and the final confirmation will be sent 5‐10 days before departure.
    
    Private room requests: If you would like a private room for more privacy, we will do our best to accommodate this. In the rare event that a private room is not available, you will be paired with another traveller of the same gender.
    
    Optional activities/extras: Some optional activities can be pre-booked, while others are booked directly on tour with the tour leader, depending on the type of optional.
    
    Payments: Any optional extras or additional charges are paid directly to the tour guide, usually in cash or credit card.

  Is it possible to join from Italy to Belgium and not join going to England?

    We do allow travelers to end the tour at any part of the itinerary if they wish to stay and not join the group in continuing with the tour. However, since we sell our tours as a package, we cannot offer any discounts or refunds if a customer chooses not to complete the itinerary in full.

  When will we be in London? The evening of the 24th or the evening of the 23rd of October 2025? Do we need to find our own hotel accomodations for the evening of the 23rd? 24th?

    For the Departure Date that you are interested in for this tour, the group will be back in London on the 24th. However, that will not have any included accommodations for that evening and if you are staying longer in London, you will have to arrange Post Tour Accommodation(s) from your end.

    1) Optional Excursions & Prices: Most optional excursions can be booked on tour, payable by local cash or credit/debit card. 2) Euros will be the primary currency needed across most destinations on this tour, except in London, where British Pounds (GBP) are used. 3) Final hotel details will be shared in your Tour Leader Announcement. 4) Meeting point in Rome is Hotel Roma Aurelia Antica at 07:30 AM. 5) Most excursions are paid after you arrive, directly to your tour leader or local guide using local cash or credit/debit card. 6) Tour guide details will be included in your Tour Leader Announcement.

  How do we travel from Bruges to London? Is it Ferry or Eurotunnel? Can I get the break down of all the optional extra meals and activities that you are laying on, so to know how to budget for the entire trip, please?

    The journey from Bruges to London includes crossing the English Channel, which is typically done via the Eurotunnel (with the coach on the shuttle train). However, depending on operational factors on the day, we may sometimes use the ferry instead. Your tour leader will confirm the final arrangements during the tour. As for the optional meals and activities, most of these can be booked directly with the tour leader during the trip and are payable by local cash or credit card.     Any cancellations will still follow our Terms and Conditions and the cancellation fee will be based on how close to the departure is the booking cancelled. 60 days or more before departure - Loss of deposit. 45 - 59 days before departure - 20% of tour cost. 30 - 44 days before departure - 40% of tour cost. 15 - 29 days before departure - 70% of tour cost. 14 days or less before departure - 100% of tour cost.
