- JMJustineWritten on April 24, 20184.5 - ExcellentIt was a great trip with a good group of people - very happy we choose the South Bound option as the country side just keep getting prettier! Areas for improvement: additional room keys provided where more than 2 people assigned; tips for drivers included in the tour price (it is not in our culture to tip and we often didn’t have cash on us. The seemingly mandatory tip being included in the tour price would incredibly handy and perfectly acceptable); travel days not starting so early in the morning so there’s time for sleep and breakfast - would rather more time in the morning and arriving at 6pm rather than arriving somewhere at 3pm being hungry and tired; and shorter briefings - instructions only need to be provided once, if we have questions or need to clarify something, we will ask (we’re all adults here!)Show detailed ratings

- LDLuciaWritten on November 9, 20162.5 - AverageThe tour was very quick. Did not have enough time to properly explore in some places. The tour should include sumac champey. Ideally it should be five days longer to not feel so rushed. It was fun but really depends on what you want. If you're used to travelling on your own it can feel restrictive and over priced and is more suitable to those who dont mind paying more to be part of a group. Even the activities cost more on the tour.Show detailed ratingsG Adventures commented on this reviewHi Lucia, thanks for taking the time here. This tour seems like it wasn't quite the right fit for you. We hope you fit the right travel experience that meets your style in future.
- CChristieWritten on August 9, 20165.0 - ExcellentI did this trip as part of the Cemtral American journey, but this half was my favourite. The variety of places visited was great, Caye Caulker, lake atilan and Antigua were some of my favourite places. There were gorgeous beaches, historical Mayan ruins, interesting cities and plenty to do and see in each place. Accommodation was great, even the basic trek stop in the forest with outdoor showers! It's an unpredictable tour, with roadblocks being a bit of a problem, but our tour guide Rafa took this all in his stride and was a fantastic guide. Lots of fun and very knowledgable, he made the tour what it was, as well as having a great group of people. I especially enjoyed the home stay with a local family, an experience you might not get travelling solo. Excellent tour overall, great value for moneyShow detailed ratings
